Redemption Submission Information
How do I submit a redemption for my recent BFGOODRICH® tire purchase?
There are two ways to submit a redemption. For fastest service, submit your redemption online after purchasing four new BFGOODRICH® brand passenger or light truck tires. A valid receipt showing the purchase of four new BFGOODRICH® brand passenger or light truck tires within the offer period is required to process your reward.
How long do I have to redeem my reward?
To receive your BFGoodrich® Tires Visa® Reward Card, purchase four new BFGOODRICH® brand passenger or light truck tires from a participating dealer within the promotional timeframe. If you've already purchased the tires you must submit your redemption within 30 days after the promotion ended in order to take advantage of the offer.
How can I check the status of my reward for a redemption I previously submitted?
You can view the status of your Reward request here at the BFGoodrich Fulfillment Center. Log in if you have previously submitted a redemption online. Or call 1-800-233-5961 Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Eastern Time to receive a status on your request.
I submitted my redemption online. When will I receive my Reward Card?
If you redeemed online, please allow four to six weeks to receive your reward card via mail or three to five weeks to receive your virtual account via email. You can view the status of your Reward Card request on the BFGoodrich Fulfillment Center.
I forgot to submit my redemption and now the redemption period is over. If I submit late, will I be able to get my Reward Card?
We apologize, but late redemptions will not be honored.
I am having trouble locating my dealer when I submit my redemption online. Can you help?
Contact the support team by calling 1-800-233-5961 Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Eastern Time and a representative will help you locate your dealer.
Reward Card Information
How do I use my Reward Card for making purchases?
There are two ways to use your Reward Card, either select debit and enter your PIN or select credit and sign. The total dollar amount of your purchase will automatically be deducted from the balance on the Reward Card.
Virtual accounts can be used for electronic purchases and may be accepted everywhere Visa is accepted. See the Visa Cardholder Agreement for details.
Is this a credit card?
No. This is a reward card that can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.

How do I activate my Reward Card?
Your BFGoodrich Reward Card must be activated before use. To activate your Reward Card, go www.tirerewardcenter.com/rewardcard, or call the phone number on the back of your card and follow the instructions.

Your Virtual Account will be active when you received it. You may begin using the Virtual Account immediately upon receipt. You will not receive a Personal Identification Number (PIN) with the Virtual Account. However, you may select a PIN by calling 1-866-212-0733.
What if I want to buy something that costs more than the value of my Reward?
Make sure you know your exact balance before your next purchase. Tell the cashier your exact balance and that you would like to pay the difference with another form of payment. (For example, if your total purchase is $75, you will need to pay $5 first, and then pay the remaining $70 with your Reward Card.) Sometimes the merchant will not let you pay the difference with a credit or debit card. Ask your cashier to be sure.

How do I make purchases using a Personal Identification Number (PIN)?
During the Card activation process, you will create a PIN, which you may then use for making purchases where entering a PIN is allowed. If you forget your PIN for your Reward Card you can create a new PIN by calling the phone number on the back of your card or visiting www.tirerewardcenter.com/rewardcard.

Does my Reward expire?
Yes. Please see the “Valid Thru” date on the front of the Reward Card. The Reward Card and funds expire on the last day of the month shown. Once expired, all transactions will be declined.
The Virtual Account will expire no sooner than the date printed on the front of the Virtual Account. The funds on the Virtual Account expire when the Virtual Account expires. You will not be able to use the Virtual Account after the expiration date. If you need a replacement Virtual Account for any reason other than the Virtual Account’s expiration, you may request one at any time by contacting Virtual Account Services at 1-866-212-0733.
Do any fees apply?
Yes. Please see the card fee schedule within the cardholder agreement for details mailed to you with your reward card.
Can I use my Reward Card at a restaurant or travel items such as hotel or car rentals?
Yes. When you use your Reward Card at some locations (i.e. restaurants, spas, and salons), the merchant may automatically add a temporary tip/gratuity for an amount up to 20% more than your total bill. Make sure your balance can cover the 20% or your transaction will be declined. Only the amount you authorize will be deducted from the balance on your Reward Card.
If you use your Virtual Account for a hotel, or car rental purchase, or for similar purchases, the transaction may be preauthorized for the purchase amount plus up to 20% or more to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover tips or incidental expenses incurred. A preauthorized request places a “hold” on those available funds until the merchant sends the final payment amount of your purchase. Once the final payment amount is received, the preauthorized amount on hold will be removed. It may take up to seven (7) days for the hold to be removed. During this hold period, you will not have access to the preauthorized amount.
Can I use my Reward Card to buy gas?
Yes. When you use your Reward Card at an automated fuel dispenser, a hold will be placed for an amount that may be greater than the actual transaction amount and will not be available for other purchases for up to 7 days or until the transaction settles for the actual amount. To avoid the hold, pay inside for your gas purchases
Your Virtual Account may not be used at a fuel pump.
Can I use my card at an ATM?
No. Your Reward Card will not work at an ATMs.
You may not use the Virtual Account to obtain cash from an ATM or at a point of sale device or by any other means.
Why are my purchase transactions being declined? Is my card working properly?
First, make sure you activate your Reward Card before you use it. Your Reward Card will not work prior to activation or after it has expired. Another reason a transaction will be declined is if the purchase amount is greater than the balance on the Reward Card. The merchant does not know how much money is on your Reward Card, so make sure to keep track of your balance. Also keep in mind a tip/gratuity may have been temporarily added to your Reward Card as noted above.
Finally, if you attempt to use your Reward Card in a manner that is prohibited by your Cardholder Agreement, your transaction will be declined.
If your Virtual Account is being declined, please contact Virtual Account Services at 1-866-212-0733 to check your purchase history and balance.
How do I know how much money is on the Reward Card?
You may check your Reward Card balance online or by calling the automated customer service number on the back of your card. You will need your card number and PIN.

Merchants will not be able to provide you with your balance, nor do store receipts print your available balance. Be sure you have available funds prior to purchase.
Will I be signing up for something if I use the reward?
No! The Reward Card was sent to you as a reward for purchasing qualifying BFGoodrich tires.
How do I replace a lost card or virtual account?
Please contact the phone number on the back of your card.

How does the Visa Digital Card work?
Once your card is activated you can then use your card to make purchases Online.
Where can I view my card details?
The card number, CVV, and expiration date can be found in the Manage Cards section after following the link in the email for access to your Virtual Reward Card.
How do I know how much money is on the Virtual Reward Card?
Your Virtual Reward Card Balance can be found on the homepage upon following the link within your Virtual Reward Card email and providing the 4 digit Access Code.
Can I get Cash?
No. Your Virtual Reward Card cannot be used at an ATM.
What do I do if the card is declined?
This means that the amount authorized by the merchant is more than the remaining card balance plus any associated fee. Most Online merchants do not allow a split-transactions so you can’t make a purchase that exceeds the balance of the card.
Can I load additional funds to the cards?
No, the Virtual Reward Card cannot be reloaded.
